UNDP Partners with DAY-NULM To Empower Women Entrepreneurs

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) have joined forces to empower women in making informed career choices in entrepreneurship.

This collaborative partnership aims to provide support to women who want to start or expand their own enterprises, with a specific focus on sectors like the care economy, digital economy, electric mobility, waste management, food packaging, and more. The project, spanning three years with the possibility of extension beyond 2025, will initially cover eight cities. Its primary objectives are to promote entrepreneurship development and facilitate the growth of enterprises.
